The Southwestern Michigan Buttery is a family-owned artisan kitchen proudly producing a taste of Pure Michigan. Our gourmet fruit butters are made with care in small batches with only the highest quality local ingredients available. All of our fruit butters are all natural, diabetic friendly, 100% gluten and lactose free and contain no high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors or flavors. We currently offer uniquely made in Michigan products including our delectable apple, peach, plum and rhubarb butters. More fruit butters are currently in development.
We work to partner with the best companies in the Midwest who are similarly minded and believe that great products can and should be made both locally and sustainably. Everything that goes into our products from the fruits and cider to the jars and lids are made and/or sourced in Michigan which makes our fruit butters a uniquely Michigan product and gift.
We work to support the community not only through our partnerships with great local businesses but also by working with schools and civic organizations to raise funds for outstanding causes. Come to one of our many events (details can be found on our "Events" page) to sample all of our products for yourself!
